Marta Maggetti finally finds the week of her life and wins an amazing gold medal at the 2022 iQFoil World Championships in Brest (France)! The 26-year-old from Cagliari, fourth in the RS: X at the last Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021, has now completely metabolized the transition to the new Olympic foiling table and has managed to bring Italy back to the world championship throne in windsurfing 14 years after the last time.
Marta Maggetti got the better of the very fast Israelis Daniela Peleg (silver) and Maya Morris (bronze).
