THE 2023 Fly! ANA Yokosuka, Miura, Windsurf World Cup in Japan, last stage of the Slalom World Championship was won by Matteo Iachino and Blanca Alabau who became champions.
Matteo Iachino placed second in Japan, as did Blanca. These points allowed the two athletes to win the trophy.
Danish rider Johan Soe, DEN-37, was disqualified because during the equipment inspection at the PWA Slalom finals in Japan it was unfortunately discovered that he was using a sail that did not comply with the original factory specifications.
the committee decided to disqualify Johan from the final event in Japan.
